MEDICAL FACIALS ( MEDI- FACIALS )

Know About Medical Facial
Medical facials are custom-tailored to your skin’s needs and generally follow the same steps as a spa facial—cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, and moisturizing—but on a more intense level. Designed to keep your skin’s unique requirements in mind and packed with vitamins and anti-oxidants, our exclusive facial therapies and clean-ups are designed to encourage healthy, vibrant, and glowing skin.
Why Medi-Facials ?
Medi-facials involve the use of a few chemical peels and laser machines while doing the procedure. They hydrate the skin making it soft and supple. Adequate moisturization helps regain a fresh and healthy look. Gentle exfoliation with skin brightening serums revitalizes the skin giving it a vibrant look. Anti-aging medical facials enhance the tightness of the skin. They have more benefits for your skin.

The HydraFacial is a multistep facial treatment typically performed with a machine (HydraFacial MD). In this procedure there are several steps that include cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and infusion of rejuvenating serums.
The HydraFacial device uses an exfoliating tip paired with suction to remove dead skin cells from the outer layer of the skin. It has long been known to have beneficial skin effects, including leaving the skin looking brighter, unclogging pores, and with long-term benefit of increasing collagen production.
Your treatment will finish with “boosters,” or serums. These are geared toward your skin goal, which may include reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, dull skin, or enlarged pores. The treatment is entirely customizable through these “boost” serums, which is a major perk for patients.
There is no downtime in a HydraFacial treatment and the entire treatment can be done in as little as 45-60 minutes.
Microdermabrasion (MDA) is a minimally invasive epidermal resurfacing procedure used to treat uneven skin tone/texture, photoaging, melasma, and scars, including acne scars.
The procedure uses a special applicator with an abrasive surface to gently sand away the thick outer layer of the skin to rejuvenate it.
A different microdermabrasion technique sprays fine particles of aluminum oxide or sodium bicarbonate with suction to accomplish the same outcome as using the abrasive surface.
Microdermabrasion is considered a safe procedure for most skin types and colors. People might choose to get the procedure if they have the following skin concerns:
- fine lines and wrinkles
- hyperpigmentation, age spots and brown spots
- enlarged pores and blackheads
- acne and acne scars
- stretch marks
- dull-looking skin complexion
- uneven skin tone and texture
- melasma
- sun damage
Diamond-tip handpiece
A diamond-tip handpiece is designed to gently exfoliate dead cells in your skin. At the same time, it will suction them off immediately.
The depth of the abrasion may be affected by the pressure applied on the handpiece as well as how long the suction is allowed to remain on the skin. This type of microdermabrasion applicator is generally used in more sensitive facial areas, like close to the eyes.
Crystal microdermabrasion
Crystal microdermabrasion uses a crystal-emitting hand piece to gently spray on fine crystals to rub away outer layers of the skin. Like the diamond-tip hand piece, dead skin cells are suctioned off right away.
The different types of crystals that may be used include aluminum oxide and sodium bicarbonate.
There is little to no downtime after microdermabrasion. You should be able to resume your daily activities immediately.
